English translation
If the husband stipulates to the wife that she shall have no share in the allocation of nights, no maintenance, or no right to request procreation from him, or the like among the incidents and rights of marriage, she must comply with it unless the husband waives it, with due regard to the requirements of the contract. If she contravenes it, the contract shall not be invalidated.

لو اشترط الزوج على الزوجة أن لا قسمة لها أو لا نفقة أو لا يحق لها أن تطلب
الإنجاب منه أو نحو ذلك من لوازم الزوجية وحقوقها ، يلزمها العمــل بــه مــا لم
