For suckling to establish a marriage prohibition, the nursing woman's milk must result from a lawful birth, even if arising from intercourse under a mistaken belief of lawfulness. If a woman's milk flows without childbirth, or she gives birth as a result of fornication and nurses a child with her milk, it shall not establish a marriage prohibition.

يعتبر في نشر الحرمة بالرضاع حصول اللبن للمرضعة من ولادة شرعية وإن كان عن
وطء شبهة، فلو در اللبن من المرأة من دون ولادة، أو ولدت من الزنا فأرضعت
