English translation
a- Annulment shall in all cases depend on a judicial ruling and shall have no effect before that ruling. b- However, if the ground for annulment makes the woman prohibited to the man, the spouses must be kept apart from the time the ground for annulment arises until the judge’s ruling.

أ- يتوقف الفسخ في جميع الاحوال على قضاء القاضي ، ولا يثبت له حكم قبل
القضاء.
ب - ولكن إذا كان سبب الفسخ يجعل المرأة محرمة على الرجل ، وجبت الحيلولة
