Article 101 of Personal Status Law

A- Annulment of the marriage after consummation or valid seclusion entitles the woman to an appropriate amount of the specified dower, or of the customary dower where none was specified, according to whether the woman was a virgin or previously deflowered and the period she spent with the husband before annulment. B- If annulment after consummation or valid seclusion is due to the husband's apostasy from Islam, the wife shall be entitled to the entire dower. Part Two Separation by Volition Chapter One Divorce
