English translation
a- Divorce takes effect through an expression conventionally explicit in that regard, and does not take effect through the expression of writing except with intention. b- It takes effect in writing when there is inability to pronounce it. c- It takes effect by an intelligible sign when there is inability to speak and write.

أ- يقع الطلاق باللفظ الصريح فيه عرفا ، ولا يقع بلفظ الكتابة الا بالنية.
ب - ويقع بالكتابة عند العجز عن النطق به.
