English translation
A husband may appoint another person as his agent for divorce. The agent may not appoint another agent except with the husband's permission. The agency terminates upon dismissal, provided that the agent has knowledge thereof.

للزوج ان يوكل غيره بالطلاق ، وليس للوكيل ان يوكل غيره الا بأذن الزوج ،
