English translation
Either spouse may request annulment of the marriage if that spouse finds in the other an entrenched defect that is repugnant, harmful, or prevents marital enjoyment, whether the defect existed before the contract or arose thereafter. The right of either of them to annulment shall lapse if that spouse knew of the defect before the contract or expressly accepted it thereafter.

لكل من الزوجين ان يطلب فسخ الزواج إذا وجد في الآخر عيبا مستحكما من
العيوب المنفرة أو المضرة ، أو التي تحول دون الاستمتاع سواء أكان العيب موجودا
قبل العقد أم حدث بعده.
ويسقط حق كل منهما في الفسخ إذا علم بالعيب قبل العقد او رضي به صراحة
