English translation
a- If the absent husband can be served with notice, the judge shall set him a deadline and warn him that he will divorce her from him if he does not come to reside with her, take her to reside with him, or divorce her. If the deadline expires and he has done none of these things and has offered no acceptable excuse, the judge shall separate them by an irrevocable divorce. b- If the absent husband cannot be served with notice, the judge shall separate them without warning or a deadline.

أ- ان أمكن اعلان الغائب ، ضرب له القاضي اجلا ، واعذر اليه بأنه يطلقها عليه
، ان لم يحضر للإقامة معها ، أو ينقلها اليه ، أو يطلقها ، فإذا انقضى الاجل ولم يفعل
ولم يبد عذرا مقبولا ، فرق القاضي بتطليقه بائنة.
ب - وان لم يمكن اعلان الغائب، فرق القاضي بلا أعذار ولا أجل .Ask about this article
