English translation
To establish harm, hearsay testimony based on common repute within the sphere of the spouses’ life shall suffice (1) Amended pursuant to Law No. 29 of 2004 Home Page 1149 Law Index Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status , and such testimony shall not be admitted to negate harm.
