English translation
a- The three arbitrators shall submit their report, unanimously or by majority, to the court, for it to decide the action in accordance with Article 130. b- If their opinions diverge, or they do not submit a report, the court shall proceed with the action under ordinary procedures.
Arabic original
أ- يرفع المحكمون الثلاثة تقريرهم بالاتفاق ، او بالأكثرية الى المحكمة ، لتفصل في
الدعوى ، وفق المادة ١٣٠ .
ب - وإذا تفرقت آراؤهم ، او لم يقدموا تقريرا ، سارت المحكمة في الدعوى
