English translation
Subject to the provisions of Articles: 29-33. A male or female minor shall be subject to guardianship over the person until they attain puberty under Sharia or complete fifteen years of age, being of sound mind. An adult who is insane or mentally deficient, whether male or female, shall also be subject thereto.
