English translation
a. Guardianship over the person belongs to the father, then the agnatic grandfather, then the agnate in his own right according to the order of inheritance, provided that he is a mahram. b. Where there are multiple equally entitled persons eligible for guardianship, the court shall choose the most suitable among them. c. If there is no entitled person, the court shall appoint a suitable person from among others.

أ- الولاية على النفس للاب ، ثم للجد العاصب ، ثم للعاصب بنفسه حسب ترتيب
الارث ، بشرط ان يكون محرما.
ب- عند تعدد المستحقين للولاية ، واستوائهم ، تختار المحكمة أصلحهم.
