English translation
The subject matter of a bequest must: a- Be something capable of being inherited, or capable of being the subject of a contract during the testator's lifetime. b- Have legally recognized value according to the testator and the legatee, if it is property. c- Exist in the testator's ownership at the time of the bequest if it is individually specified, with due regard to paragraph a of Article 216.

يشترط في الموصي به :
أ - ان يكون مما يجري فيه الارث ، او يصح ان يكون محلا للتعاقد حال حياة الموصي.
ب - ان يكون متقوما عند الموصي والموصي له ان كان مالا .
ج - ان يكون موجودا عند الوصية في ملك الموصي ان كان معينا بالذات ، مع
