a- A will dividing the specific assets of the estate among the testator's heirs is valid, so that each heir, or some heirs, is allocated a portion of the estate specified by the testator, equivalent to his inheritance share. b - If what is allocated to some of them exceeds their inheritance share, the excess shall constitute a bequest.
