English translation
The testator may revoke all or part of the bequest expressly or by implication. Any act or disposition indicating, by an attendant circumstance or custom, revocation of the bequest shall constitute revocation. Every disposition that removes the bequeathed property from the testator's ownership constitutes revocation by implication.

يجوز للموصي الرجوع عن الوصية كلها او بعضها صراحة او دلالة. ويعتبر رجوعا
عن الوصية كل فعل او تصرف يدل بقرينه او عرف على الرجوع عنها. ومن الرجوع
