English translation
Neither denial of a bequest, nor removal of a building on the bequeathed property, nor an act that removes the designation of the bequeathed thing or changes most of its characteristics, nor an act that causes an addition to it without which it cannot be delivered, shall constitute revocation of the bequest, unless a circumstantial indication or custom indicates that the testator thereby intends to revoke the bequest. لا يعتبر رجوعا عن الوصية جحدها ، ولا ازالة بناء العين الموصي بها ، ولا الفعل
الذي يزيل اسم الموصي به او يغير معظم صفاته ، ولا الفعل الذي يوجــب فيـه
زيادة لا يمكن تسليمه الا بها ، ما لم تدل قرينة او عرف على ان الموصي يقصد بذلك
