English translation
Intentional killing of the testator or the deceased bars entitlement to a voluntary bequest or an obligatory bequest, whether the killer was a principal offender, an accomplice, or a false witness whose testimony led to a death sentence being imposed on the testator and carried out, provided that the killing was without right and without excuse and that the killer was criminally responsible. Exceeding the right of lawful self-defence is deemed an excuse.

يمنع من استحقاق الوصية الاختيارية او الوصية الواجبة قتل الموصي او المورث
عمدا ، سواء أكان القاتل فاعلا أصليا ، ام شريكا ، او كان شاهد زور ، ادت شهادته
الى الحكم بالإعدام على الموصي ، وتنفيذه، وذلك إذا كان القتل بلا حق ، وبلا عذر
