Article 87 of Personal Status Law

a- If the wife refuses to move to the matrimonial home without justification, or prevents the husband from living with her in her home, and he has not refused to move her, her right to maintenance shall lapse for the period of refusal established judicially. b- The wife's marital disobedience shall be established only by her refusal to comply with the final judgment of obedience. c- Her refusal shall be justified if the husband cannot be trusted with her, has not paid the prompt dower, has not prepared a Sharia-compliant dwelling, or has refused to maintain her and she has been unable to enforce her maintenance judgment because he has no apparent assets.
