English translation
Persons who possess or hold weapons or ammunition in violation of the provisions of this Law shall be exempt from punishment if they apply for a license for them within three months from the date the Executive Regulations of this Law enter into force, or if, within that period, they surrender what they have thereof to the competent entity at the Ministry of Interior.

يعفي من العقاب الاشخاص الذين يحوزون أو يحرزون أسلحة أو ذخائر على وجه
مخالف لأحكام هذا القانون إذا طلبوا الترخيص بها خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ
العمل باللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون، أو قاموا خلال هذه الفترة بتسليم ما لديهم
