Article 20 of Audiovisual Media Law

The Minister shall issue the implementing regulations and the decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Law within six months from the date it comes into force, including the following: a The system for licensing broadcasting and rebroadcasting. b The system of fees for broadcasting and rebroadcasting licences and circulation licences, determination of their amounts, and fees for their renewal or amendment. c The system for approving audiovisual works. The Minister shall also issue a decision on the conditions and controls governing audiovisual channels' coverage of National Assembly and Municipal Council elections.
