1 - Air carriage means the carriage of persons, baggage or goods by aircraft for remuneration. 2 - The term ( baggage ( means things that the passenger may carry with him on the aircraft and that are delivered to the carrier to remain in its custody during carriage. This term does not include small personal items that remain in the passenger's custody during travel.
