Article 325 of Commercial Code

1 - A decree shall be issued regulating the business of the exchange and shall include, in particular, the following: 1 - Administration of the exchange and the conduct of its business. 2 - Formation of the exchange committee and specification of its powers. 3 - Conditions for listing brokers and their assistants on the exchange. 4 - Admission of goods and valuable instruments to quotation and establishment of the official quotation. 5 - Settlement of transactions and the clearing house. 6 - Establishment of the insurance fund and its powers. 7 - Arbitration bodies. 8 - Disciplinary penalties and disciplinary bodies. 9 - Powers of the government representative at the exchange. 2 - The internal regulations of the exchange shall be issued by a decision of the competent minister.
