Article 327 of Commercial Code

Forward transactions concluded on the exchange in accordance with its regulations, whether relating to goods or quoted securities, shall be considered lawful and valid even if the contracting parties intended them to result merely in payment of the difference. No action shall be admissible before the courts concerning a transaction resulting merely in payment of the difference if it was concluded contrary to the foregoing provisions.
