1 - The bank shall open an account for the depositor to record transactions conducted between them, or transactions conducted between the bank and third parties for the depositor's account. 2 - Transactions that the parties agree not to record in the account shall not be recorded therein.

۱ - يفتح البنك حساباً للمودع لقيد العمليات التي تتم بينهما، أو العمليات التي
تتم بين البنك والغير لذمة المودع.
