English translation
1- A money deposit contract shall not confer upon the depositor the right to withdraw from the bank amounts exceeding those deposited therein. 2- If the bank carries out operations resulting in the depositor's balance becoming a debit balance, the bank must notify him immediately to regularize his position.

١ - لا يترتب على عقد وديعة النقود حق المودع في سحب مبالغ من البنك تزيد
على ما هو مودع فيه.
۲ - وإذا أجرى البنك عمليات يترتب عليها أن يصبح رصيد المودع مديناً وجب
