English translation
Anyone whose occupation is to supply commercial houses with information about the circumstances of merchants, and who provides statements contrary to the truth concerning the conduct of a merchant or his financial position, whether intentionally or through gross negligence, shall be liable to compensate for the damage resulting from his fault.

من كانت حرفته تزويد البيوت التجارية بالمعلومات عن احوال التجار واعطى
بيانات مغايرة للحقيقة عن سلوك أحد التجار او وضعه المالي، وكان ذلك قصدا
