Article 86 of Commercial Code

A trade description is any indication relating directly or indirectly to the following: (1) Articles 60 bis and 60 bis A - B - C - D - E were repealed pursuant to Law No. 10 of 2007 concerning the Protection of Competition. (2) Articles 61 through 80, and 82 through 85, were repealed pursuant to Law No. 13 of 2015. (3) The Article was repealed pursuant to Law No. 1 of 2001. 1264 Home Page Law Index Commercial Code Decree-Law No. 68 of 1980 Promulgating the Commercial Code 1 The number, quantity, dimensions, volume, weight, or capacity of goods. 2 - The locality or countries in which the goods were manufactured or produced. 3 - The method of their manufacture or production. 4 - The elements entering into their composition. 5 - The name or characteristics of the producer or manufacturer. 6 - The existence of patents or other industrial property rights, or any concessions, awards, or commercial or industrial distinctions. 7 - The name or form by which certain goods are known or ordinarily valued.
