English translation
If the minor or the unborn child has no chosen testamentary guardian, the court shall appoint a guardian to undertake the disposition on behalf of the minor. The revelation of the unborn child shall remain guardian of the newborn unless the court appoints another.

اذا لم يكن للقاصر او للحمل المستكن وصي مختار تعين المحكمة وصيا للقيام
بالتصرف نيابة عن القاصر.
ويبقى وحي الحمل المستكن وصيا على المولود ما لم تعين المحكمة غيره.Ask about this article
