English translation
A father may appoint a chosen guardian for his minor child or for the fetus in its mother’s womb. A donor to a minor may likewise do so if the donor stipulates that the donated property shall not be subject to the authority of the minor’s legal guardian. The latter guardianship must be submitted to the Sharia Court for consideration of its confirmation.

يجوز للاب ان يقيم وصيا مختارا لولده القاصر او للحمل المستكن في بطن امه كما
يجوز ذلك للمتبرع للقاصر اذا اشترط عدم خضوع المال المتبرع به تحت سلطة ولى
القاصر.
