English translation
The natural guardian shall undertake dispositions on behalf of the minors under his guardianship within the limits laid down by the rules of Sharia. The authority of guardianship shall not extend to anything devolving upon the minor by way of donation whenever the donor so stipulates. Dispositions of this property shall be undertaken by a special guardian appointed by the court for this purpose.

يقوم الولي الطبيعي بالتصرفات نيابة عن القصر المشمولين بولايته وذلك في الحدود
التي ترسمها القواعد الشرعية ، ولا يدخل في سلطة الولاية كل ما يؤول للقاصر
بطريق التبرع متى اشترط المتبرع ذلك. ويقوم بالتصرف في هذا المال وصي خاص
