Legal persons, such as banks, companies, associations and government departments, shall be represented by their managers or their agents authorized for this purpose in accordance with their instruments and laws of incorporation. The authorization shall comply with the formalities prescribed in the aforementioned instruments and laws.

يمثل الاشخاص الاعتباريين مثل البنوك والشركات والجمعيات والدوائر الحكومية
مديروها او وكلاؤها المفوضون لهذا الغرض طبقا لعقود وقوانين تأسيسها.
ويراعى في التفويض ان يكون وفقا للاوضاع المنصوص عنها في العقود والقوانين
