English translation
Anyone who commits—in peacetime—any fraud in performing all or some of the obligations imposed upon him by a supply contract or works contract concluded with the Government for defense or security needs shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.

غش في تنفيذ كل أو بعض الالتزامات التي يفرضها عليه عقد توريد أو عقد أشغال
