English translation
If the breach in performing all or some of the obligations referred to in the preceding Article occurs due to negligence or default, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or either of these two punishments.

إذا وقع الاخلال في تنفيذ كل أو بعض الالتزامات المشار اليها في المادة السابقة بسبب
إهمال أو تقصير فتكون العقوبة الحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة سنوات وغرامة لا
