English translation
An accomplice to an offence before its commission shall be punished by the penalty prescribed for it, even if it was committed in a manner other than that originally intended, or the offence that occurred was other than the one in which he intentionally participated, whenever the manner of execution or the offence that actually occurred was a probable consequence of the acts of participation that he committed.

يعاقب الشريك في الجريمة قبل وقوعها بالعقوبة المقررة لها ولو كانت قد ارتكبت
بكيفية غير التي قصدت اصلا، أو كانت الجريمة التي وقعت غير التي تعمد الاشتراك
بها، متى كانت كيفية التنفيذ أو الجريمة التي وقعت بالفعل نتيجة محتملة لأفعال
