English translation
Every public official or employee and every person entrusted with a public service who, relying on his office, enters an individual's dwelling without his consent in circumstances other than those specified by law, or without observing the rules and procedures specified therein, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years with a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل موظف عام أو مستخدم وكل شخص مكلف بخدمة عامة، دخل اعتمادا على
وظيفته مسكن أحد الأفراد بغير رضائه في غير الاحوال المبينة في القانون، أو بدون
مراعاة القواعد والاجراءات المبينة فيه ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات
