Every person subject to police supervision must comply with the following rules as soon as this penalty becomes enforceable: First: The person must notify the police station having jurisdiction over the person's place of residence of that place of residence. The police station may refuse to approve residence in that place if it is located in the area in which the crime was committed. Second: The person must always carry a card delivered to the person by the police station having jurisdiction over the person's place of residence, recording all particulars identifying the person, and must present it to police officers whenever requested. Third: The person must report to the police station having jurisdiction over the person's place of residence once every week, at the time specified for the person in the card, and whenever the police station requires the person to do so. Fourth: The person must be at the place of residence during the period between sunset and sunrise, unless the person obtains permission from the police station allowing absence for all or part of this period.

كل شخص خاضع لمراقبة الشرطة يتعين عليه التزام القواعد الآتية بمجرد صيرورة
هذه العقوبة واجبة التنفيذ :
أولا : عليه أن يخطر بمحل اقامته مخفر الشرطة التابع له هذا المحل، ويجوز لمخفر
الشرطة عدم الموافقة على الاقامة في هذا المحل إن كان واقعا في المنطقة التي ارتكبت
الجريمة فيها.
ثانيا : عليه أن يحمل دائما بطاقة يسلمها له مخفر الشرطة التابع له محل اقامته، مدونة
فيه جميع البيانات التي تعين شخصيته، وعليه أن يقدمها لرجال الشرطة عند كل
طلب
ثالثا : عليه أن يقدم نفسه إلى مخفر الشرطة التابع له محل اقامته مرة كل اسبوع، في
الزمان المعين له في بطاقته، وفي كل وقت يكلفه مخفر الشرطة ذلك.
رابعا : عليه أن يكون في محل اقامته في الفترة بين غروب الشمس وشروقها، إلا إذا
حصل على ترخيص من مخفر الشرطة يبيح له التغيب في كل هذه الفترة أو بعضها.Ask about this article
