English translation
Every violation of the provisions stipulated in the preceding Article, without an acceptable excuse, shall require that the person subject to police supervision be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or to either of these two penalties.

كل مخالفة للأحكام المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة، بغير عذر مقبول، تستوجب
الحكم على الخاضع لمراقبة الشرطة بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا
