English translation
The judgment shall be issued containing a brief statement of the facts and a summary of its reasons, and shall be enforceable by operation of law. The judgment need not contain reasons if all the plaintiff's claims have been granted and the defendant has been served in the action and has not filed a memorandum of defence. A judgment refusing compensation for lawyers' fees shall not be considered a rejection of some of the claims within the meaning of the preceding paragraph.

يصدر الحكم مشتملاً على بيان مختصر للوقائع وموجز لأسبابه، ويكون نافذاً بقوة
القانون.
ولا يشترط أن يتضمن الحكم أسباب إذا تم قبول جميع طلبات المدعي وكان المدعى
عليه قد أعلن في الدعوى ولم يقدم مذكرة بدفاعه.
ولا يعتبر الحكم برفض مقابل أتعاب المحاماة رفضاً لبعض الطلبات في حكم الفقرة
