English translation
The provisions of Article 123 of the aforementioned Civil and Commercial Procedure Law shall apply to orders assessing fees and grievances against them. Without prejudice to the rules governing exemption from judicial fees, the plaintiff shall be obliged to pay the fee until a final judgment imposes them on the other litigant.

تسري في شــأن أوامــر تقديــر الرســوم والتظلــم منهــا أحــكام المادة ١23 مــن قانــون
المرافعــات المدنيــة والتجاريــة المشــار إليــه.
ومــع عــدم الإخلال بقواعــد الإعفــاء مــن الرســوم القضائيــة، يلتــزم المدعــي بســداد
