In applying the provisions of this Law, the following expressions and words shall have the meaning indicated opposite each: Announcement: Announcement in two local daily newspapers published in Arabic and on the company's website, if any. Publication: Publication in the Official Gazette, Kuwait Al-Youm. Registration Registration in the Commercial Register. Publicity: Registration together with publication in the Official Gazette. Authority: The Capital Markets Authority. Ministry Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Minister: Minister of Commerce and Industry. Regulatory bodies: The Ministry, the Authority, and the Central Bank of Kuwait with respect to companies subject to any of them, or other bodies prescribed by law. Founder: Anyone who actively participates in establishing a company, signs its contract personally or through his representative, and contributes to its capital with a cash or in-kind contribution. Company contract: The company's memorandum of association, or the memorandum and articles of association, if any.

الإعلان: الإعلان في صحيفتين يوميتين محليتين تصدران باللغة العربية والموقع
الإلكتروني للشركة إن وجد.
النشر : النشر في الجريدة الرسمية الكويت اليوم
القيد القيد في السجل التجاري.
الشهر : القيد مع النشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
الهيئة : هيئة أسواق المال.
الوزارة وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
الوزير: وزير التجارة والصناعة.
الجهات الرقابية : الوزارة والهيئة وبنك الكويت المركزي بالنسبة للشركات الخاضعة
لأي منها، أو الجهات الأخرى التي يقررها القانون.
المؤسس : كل من يشترك اشتراكا فعليا في تأسيس شركة ويوقع عقدها بنفسه أو مـن
خلال من ينوب عنه ويساهم في رأس مالها بحصة نقدية أو عينية.
