English translation
The provisions of the accompanying Companies Law shall be put into effect, and its provisions shall apply to companies established in the State of Kuwait or whose head office is located therein. The rules of commercial custom shall also apply to matters for which no provision is contained in this Law or in other commercial laws.

يعمــل بأحــكام قانــون الشركات المرافــق وتسري أحكامــه على الشركات التــي تؤســس
في دولــة الكويــت أو يقــع مركزهــا الرئــيسي فيهــا.
كما تسري قواعــد العــرف التجــاري فــيما لم يــرد في شــأنه نــص في هــذا القانــون أو في غيره
