English translation
Subscription shall take place at one or more local banks in the State of Kuwait, or a branch of Kuwaiti banks or their representative abroad, after approval by the Central Bank. The instalments payable upon subscription shall be paid at the bank, and the amounts paid shall be credited to an account opened in the company's name. Subscription shall remain open for a period of not less than twenty-one days and not more than three months.

يجــري الاكتتــاب في بنــك أو أكثــر مــن البنــوك المحليــة في دولــة الكويــت أو أحــد فــروع
البنــوك الكويتيــة أو مــن يمثلهــا في الخارج وذلــك بعــد موافقــة البنــك المركــزي.
وتدفــع في البنــك الأقســاط الواجــب دفعهــا عنــد الاكتتــاب، ويقيــد مــا دفــع في حســاب
يفتــح باســم الشركــة، ويجــب أن يظــل بــاب الاكتتــاب مفتوحــا لمــدة لا تقــل عــن واحــد
