Article 126 of Companies Law

The company shall acquire legal personality from the date of issuance of a decision incorporating it. The procedures for publication and announcement of the incorporation decision and the company contract shall be undertaken. The subscription prospectus shall be submitted in the manner specified in Law No. 7 of 2010 within thirty days from the date of publication of the decision incorporating the company. Subscription procedures shall also commence within thirty days from the date of the Authority’s approval of the subscription prospectus or from the date on which the prospectus is deemed effective, whichever is earlier.
