English translation
Within a maximum period of one week from the date of issuance of the incorporation decision, the Ministry shall notify the founders of the issuance of the decision. Within the said period, it shall also invite the founders to sign the authenticated contract at the relevant department of the Ministry. A certified true copy of the company contract, after its authentication, shall be deposited in the company's file at the Ministry.

تقوم الوزارة خلال مدة أقصاها أسبوع من تاريخ صدور قرار التأسيس بإخطار
المؤسسين بصدور القرار، كما تقوم خلال المدة المذكورة بدعوة المؤسسين للتوقيع
على العقد الموثق بالإدارة المعنية لدى الوزارة، وتودع صورة طبق الأصل من عقد
