English translation
In all cases where subscriptions do not cover all the shares offered during the original subscription period, the founders may open subscription for another period not exceeding three months. As an exception to the provision of the second paragraph of Article 130 of this Law, the founders may subscribe in this case. If subscriptions do not cover all the shares by the end of the new period, the founders must either abandon the incorporation of the company or reduce its capital. في جميع الأحوال التي لا يستنفد فيها الاكتتاب جميع الأسهم المطروحة خلال مدة
الاكتتاب الأصلية، جاز للمؤسسين فتح باب الاكتتاب لمدة أخرى لا تجاوز ثلاثة
أشهر ويجوز للمؤسسين استثناء من حكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة ١٣٠ من هذا
القانون الاكتتاب في هذه الحالة، فإذا لم يستنفد الاكتتاب كل الأسهم في نهاية الميعاد
