Article 136 of Companies Law

If the founders choose to reduce the company's capital, they must submit an application to the Ministry and announce this to the subscribers. Any subscriber shall have the right to withdraw his subscription within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of the announcement. The Ministry may not decide on the application to reduce the capital until this period has expired. If the proportion of shares for which subscriptions have been withdrawn does not exceed ten percent of the total shares offered for subscription, the subscription shall be deemed final, unless the company's capital after reduction becomes less than the prescribed minimum capital of the company.
