English translation
Subject to the minimum nominal value of a share prescribed in the preceding Article, a company that has distributed dividends for two consecutive years may—after obtaining the Authority's approval—issue a resolution of the extraordinary general assembly dividing one of its shares into several shares, all in accordance with the conditions and controls specified in the Executive Regulations.
