If the capital-increase shares are not fully subscribed, the body that resolved upon the increase may decide either to withdraw the capital increase or to limit it to the amount subscribed. The Executive Regulations shall specify the procedures to be taken in this regard.

إذا لم تتم تغطية أسهم زيادة رأس المال، جاز للجهة التي قررت الزيادة أن تقرر إما
الرجوع عن الزيادة في رأس المال أو الاكتفاء بالقدر الذي تم الاكتتاب فيه.
