English translation
A percentage determined by the company's constitutional document or by the board of directors, after obtaining the auditor's opinion, shall be deducted annually from gross profits for depreciation of the company's assets or to compensate for their decline in value. These funds shall be used to purchase or repair the necessary materials, machinery and installations, and may not be distributed to shareholders.

يقتطع سنويا من الأرباح غير الصافية نسبة مئوية يحددهـا عقـد الـشـركــة أو مجلس
الإدارة، بعد أخذ رأي مراقب الحسابات، لاستهلاك موجودات الشركة أو التعويض
عن نزول قيمتها، وتستعمل هذه الأموال لشراء المواد والآلات والمنشآت اللازمة
