English translation
Jurisdiction over disputes arising between the parties to the contract shall vest in the Domestic Labour Department for settlement of the dispute in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulation issued in this regard, and in the event that Index of the Law 926 Home Page Domestic Labour Law Law No. 68 of 2015 concerning Domestic Labour settlement is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court.
